Lui and Steph Wright, a young couple from Lincolnshire, have opened an exciting new cafe in the centre of York. The former Cav du Cuchon building in Walmgate is now ‘The Write Place’ that specialises in day-to-night dining.
By day, it will serve tea and coffee, hot chocolate, homemade pastries, and sourdough. On the menu from 5 pm on Wednesdays through to Sundays, there are pizzas, desserts, and wine. All information can be found on their website.
